For those looking to sit back and relax throughout their lettings journey, our full property management and let only options will allow you to do just that. Take advantage of our unique landlord experience while benefiting from our years of building and managing our own personal portfolios throughout the years. We offer a £100 set up fee if you can supply the full legal documentation for yourself and the properties in one email. This cuts out the set-up time and therefore we want to pass the saving back to you! The usual set-up fee is £450 for both Letting Only and Full Management.
Tenant Find (preparing particulars, advertising, conducting viewings, reference and credit checks, preparing tenancy agreement):
One Months rent.
Full Management (management during existing tenancy):
14.4% inclusive of all fees.
Taking references and conducting credit checks: 1st Tenant Free, 2nd Tenant £25, Any further referencing thereafter £50.
Energy Performance Certificate: £85
Gas safety check: £85
Electrical safety check: £180
Preparation of tenancy agreement (Landlord fee): £75
